Kristen is here to share her Pecan Cookies recipe with us for our Christmas Cookie Exchange:
I got this recipe from one of my student’s mothers. She hosted an event for my students in her home, and she put on a big spread, including these cookies for dessert. I think she noticed that I liked them a little too much because not only did she give me the recipe, but she also sent me home with my own bag of cookies. You won’t be disappointed! These cookies are so full of flavor; you won’t be able to eat just one 🙂

¾ Cup Brown Sugar 1 Egg
2 tsp. Vanilla & 1 tsp Almond Ext. 2 ½ Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Salt
